Christmas Crack

Christmas Crack:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter (the real stuff!)
Saltine crackers (about 1 sleeve)
1 bag of chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a glass pan with cooking spray.
Line the bottom of the pan with saltines.
Melt butter and brown sugar in a sauce pan on the stove. Stir, stir, stir!
When butter and brown sugar begin to boil, turn down heat to low and stir for 5ish minutes. You want it to thickened up.
Pour onto crackers. Let sit for a minute or two.
Put it in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Pour chocolate chips on top. Give 'em a minute to get melty, then spread them smooth.
Put in the fridge until it's cool.
You can cut it, but I'm always more successful when I just break it into pieces.
